Honey Ice Cream

For this recipe, you need :

  • 1/2 litre milk
  • 1/4 litre whipping cream
  • 10 egg yolks
  • 150 g honey

Technical Stages :

  • Prepare custard with the aforementioned ingredients, but use honey instead of sugar.
  • Put in an ice-cream machine.
  • Keep frozen.
