Technical stages for praline ice cream :
Add the praline to the cold
ice cream base preparation
. Whisk vigorously until the praline is completely mixed.
Place the in the container of your ice cream machine. This has been placed in your freezer the night before (a minimum of 10 hours).
Fix the engine and the impeller onto the container.
Run your ice cream machine for 20 to 30 minutes.
Once the ice cream is , remove the impeller and scrap out the ice cream using a rubber spatula.
Place the ice cream in a cold recipient.
Store in your freezer until serving.
