For this recipe, you need :

Technical Stages :

  • Add the praline to the cold ice cream base preparation. Whisk vigorously until the praline is completely mixed.
  • Place the mixture in the container of your ice cream machine. This has been placed in your freezer the night before (a minimum of 10 hours).
  • Fix the engine and the impeller onto the container.
  • Run your ice cream machine for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Once the ice cream is solid, remove the impeller and scrap out the ice cream using a rubber spatula.
  • Place the ice cream in a cold recipient.
  • Store in your freezer until serving.
