For this recipe, you need :

  • 1 litre plain ice cream preparation with eggs
  • 50 g rum
  • 50 to 75 g raisins

Technical Stages :

  • Add the rum to the cold ice cream preparation. Put in an ice cream machine during 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Incorporate raisins that you macerated in rum at the end of the sealing process.
  • Store in your freezer.
