Ingredients for Wine Ice-Cream :

  • 3 dl water
  • 360 g sugar
  • 50 g glucose
  • 5.5 dl sweet wine or champagne
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 50 g italian meringue

Technical stages for Wine Ice-Cream :

  • Prepare a syrup with the water, sugar and glucose. Let it boil for 5 minutes, until all of the sugar dissolved.
  • Add wine and lemon juice.
  • At last, add the italian meringue.
  • Put in an ice-cream maker.
  • Keep in the freezer compartment.
