Onions and Potatoes au Gratin
Technical stages for Onions and Potatoes au Gratin :
- Boil the potatoes for 20 minutes.
- Peel and the onions. them over low heat for 10 minutes with the oil, slowly stirring.
- Preheat the oven at 200°C or 392°F. Drain the potatoes and mash them. Mix the onions, mashed potatoes and egg.
- Pour in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle with parmesan. Add chunks of butter on top. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve in the baking dish.
