Technical Stages :
- Cook the pasta "al dente" in salted simmering water.
- Stir them occasionally during cooking.
- When finished, drain them and cool them immediately under cold water.
- Place the pasta in a terrine bowl along with the milk. Leave them soak for one hour.
- Drain the pastas, season with salt and pepper and place them in a buttered gratiné dish.
- Sprinkle with the grated Swiss cheese and some knobs of butter.
- Gratiné in hot oven, 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
