Leeks Casserole
  • For : 4 servings

For this recipe, you need :

  • 1.2 kg leeks
  • 2 tablespoons olive or sunflower seed oil
  • 40 g parmesan
  • salt
  • pepper

Technical Stages :

  • Wash the leeks, slice the white part and cook in salted boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Drain and steam in a skillet with oil, slowly, for 20 to 30 minutes. Season.
  • Preheat the oven at 240°C or 464°F. Pour the leeks in a gratin dish, Sprinkle with chese and broil for 15 minutes.
