Potato and Beans Casserole
Technical stages for Potato and Beans Casserole :
- peel and coarsely dice the potatoes. Boil them. Drain and purée.
- Trim the beans. Boil, drain and finely chop them.
- Mix the potatoes and beans with the beaten eggs, parmesan, parsley, dill and pepper.
- Transfer to 6 buttered ramequins.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs mixed with olive oil and bake in medium oven (180°C or 356°F) for 30 minutes, until the surface is slightly golden.
