  • 4 pork chops, weighing 150 g each
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 2 glass white wine
  • 40 g butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Technical stages for Pork Chops in Wine :

  • Finely the shallots. Seal the pork chops in butter. Cook for 7 minutes on each side. When finished, keep warm.
  • Use the same pan to the shallots. Add the flour. Mix. Add the tomato paste, wine, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes. Put th epork back in the sauce and cook for an additional 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
