Technical stages for Pork Chops in Wine :
- Finely the shallots. Seal the pork chops in butter. Cook for 7 minutes on each side. When finished, keep warm.
- Use the same pan to the shallots. Add the flour. Mix. Add the tomato paste, wine, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes. Put th epork back in the sauce and cook for an additional 5 to 6 minutes.
- Serve warm.
