Ingredients for Green Beans and Sausages :

  • 200 g green beans
  • 2 sausages
  • 6 baby onions
  • 1 lettuce heart
  • juice of half a lemon
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 5 g butter

Technical stages for Green Beans and Sausages :

  • Peel and wash the beans.
  • Boil them, then refresh and drain.
  • Peel the baby onions and them for a couple of minutes.
  • Wash the lettuce heart and drain thoroughly.
  • Using a non-stick pan, brown over low heat the baby onions in butter.
  • Add the sausages, lettuce heart, salt and pepper.
  • Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
  • When finished, add the green beans. Cook for 4 to 5 more minutes, and serve with lemon juice on it.
