Green Beans à la Fermière
Technical stages for Green Beans à la Fermière :
- Wash and string the green beans. Boil them for 15 to 20 minutes. Refresh and drain.
- Melt the butter and cream over low heat.
- Put the egg yolk in a bowl and pour th ebutter-cream mix, stirring vigorously.
- Put back on th estove, constantly stirring and watch out that it doesn't boil. Pour on top of the beans, mix and serve immediately.
