Technical stages for Kourabies Sanda :
- Whisk the butter and sugar until pale and foamy. Add the vanillated sugar.
- Add the ground almonds and flour.
- Mix with your hands in order to obtain a smooth and firm dough.
- Form small balls, about 2-3 cm (0,79-1,18 inches) diameter, and shape them into moons.
- Bake in warm oven at 150°C or 302°F. Remove from the oven when slightly brown.
- Sprinkle with sugar powder before eating them.
