Lasagna Bolognese

Ingredients for Lasagna Bolognese :

  • 1/2 litre bolognese sauce
  • 1/2 litre bechamel
  • 3 lasagna noodles
  • 150 g grated cheese
  • 50 g butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Technical stages for Lasagna Bolognese :

  • Prepare the bolognese and bechamel sauces.
  • Put one third of the noodles at the bottom of a buttered gratin dish.
  • Add a layer of bolognese sauce, then a layer of bechamel.
  • Put another layer of lasagna noodles and bolognese sauce.
  • Add the last of the noodles and cover with bechamel sauce.
  • Spread evenly on the whole surface. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a really warm oven to brown the top until golden.
  • When cooked, serve in the baking dish.
