Prepare all the ingredients.
Prepare the bolognese and bechamel sauces.
Put one third of the noodles in the bottom of a buttered gratin dish.
Add a layer of bolognese sauce...
...then a layer of bechamel.
Put another layer of lasagna noodles...
...and bolognese sauce.
Add the last of the noodles and cover with bechamel sauce.
Spread evenly on the whole surface.
Sprinkle with grated cheese...
...and bake in a really warm oven...
...to turn the top golden.
When cooked, serve in the baking dish.
