Lasagna with Spinach, Ham and Mushrooms

Ingredients for Lasagna with Spinach, Ham and Mushrooms :

  • 250 g frozen spinach
  • 200 g ricotta
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 200 g chopped ham
  • 300 g white mushrooms
  • 425 g tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons basil
  • 250 g fresh lasagna
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan
  • 30 cl liquid cream

Technical stages for Lasagna with Spinach, Ham and Mushrooms :

  • Thaw and drain the spinach.
  • Mix with the cheddar and ricotta.
  • Sweat the chopped onion and crushed garlic in a pan.
  • Add the ham, minced mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.
  • Add the peeled, seeded and crushed tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add the chopped basil.
  • Put a layer of lasagna at the bottom of a baking dish. Cover with half of the spinach mix. Cover with lasagna pasta, then with the ham mix.
  • Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Pour the liquid cream and sprinkle with parmeesan.
  • Cover and bake in a medium (180°C) oven for 30 minutes.
  • 10 minutes before the end, remove the aluminium foil that covers it.
