  • 1 carrot
  • 1 turnip
  • 1 courgette (zucchini)
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 green pepper

  • 1 garlic clove
  • olive jam
  • pastis
  • fennel seeds (optional)

  • Slice the carrot, turnip, courgette/zucchini, red and green peppers in thin brunoise.
