Meat Maffé

	1 Prepare all the ingredients.
	2 Heat a bit of oil in the bottom of a stockpan.
	3 Brown pieces of meat all sides.
	4 Add thinly chopped onion along with garlic.
	5 Cut the carrots in mirepoix, crush fresh tomatoes and mince the green cabbage.
	6 Place all these chopped vegetables in the stockpan.
	7 Add cold water gradually to cover the vegetables.
	8 Add tomato concentrate and cube of stock.
	9 Stir.
	10 Bring to a boil and keep boiling uncovered for 30 minutes.
	11 30 minutes later...
	12 ...dilute the peanut butter with a bit of hot water.
	13 Pour it into the preparation as you stir.
	14 Keep cooking for a few minutes. Your dish will be ready when you begin to see the fat of the peanut butter come to the surface.
	15 Serve with plain rice.
