Technical stages for Grilled Corn :
- Wash the corn under water.
- Pat them dry, leaving the leaves humid.
- Fold them well to cover the grains.
- Boil 5 to 6 glasses of water and add 1 glass milk. Put the corn in it for 5 minutes approximately.
- Drain, pass under running water and dry them.
- Grill them then in the oven or on a barbecue gril for 10 to 12 minutes, turning them a few times.
- Eat with melted butter mixed with the juice of a lemon.
- SLIM TIPS:
- If you want to totally avoid lipids, you can just eat them like that.
