  • 8 egg whites
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g icing sugar

Technical stages for Meringue to bake (2) :

  • Whisk the egg whites (you can use a hand mixer) until stiff.
  • Combine gradually the sugar. Gently combine the icing sugar with a skimmer.
  • Bake on a buttered and floured baking sheet for 1 hour or more at 100°C or 212°F.
