For this recipe, you need :

  • Puff pastry
  • custard
  • white icing
  • coffee extract

Main Points :

  • Spread the custard on the bottom of baked pastry using a metal spatula.
  • Place a second layer of baked pastry on top . It can made of 2 or 3 pieces as shown on the video.
  • Make sure the cream sticks to the pastry each time.
  • Spread a second layer of custard and finally the last rolled out baked pastry.
  • Ice the top with white icing and finish with a marble effect using a cone with the rest of icing flavored with coffeee extract.
  • Once finished, trim the 4 sides of the cake to make it nicer and store in the fridge until serving.
