Important points for Mille-Feuilles :
- Spread the custard on the bottom of baked pastry using a metal spatula.
- Place a second layer of baked pastry on top . It can made of 2 or 3 pieces as shown on the video.
- Make sure the cream sticks to the pastry each time.
- Spread a second layer of custard and finally the last rolled out baked pastry.
- the top with white icing and finish with a marble effect using a cone with the rest of icing flavored with coffeee extract.
- Once finished, the 4 sides of the cake to make it nicer and store in the fridge until serving.
