Prepare all ingredients:
Cut the bell pepper in two, peel it and seed it.
Wash half cucumber. Slice 4 thin slices that will be used for decoration.
Peel it and dice it along...
...with half green bell pepper.
the tomatoes.
Slice them each in 4 large slices. Add salt and pepper.
Using your blender...
...purée the red and green peppers.
Place the mixture in a fine sieve and leave it to drain. The purée must be relatively dry.
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, dices of cucumber and green peppers and the purée.
Add salt, pepper and hot pepper to taste.
Assemble the millefeuille: alternate slices of tomato and mayonnaise preparation. Decorate the top with slices of cucumber.
