Ingredients for Blueberry Muffins :

  • 125 g butter
  • 175 g powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 litre of milk
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 100 g blueberries
  • icing sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

Technical stages for Blueberry Muffins :

  • the melted butter with powdered sugar until the mixture becomes creamy.
  • Add the eggs while beating vigorously then add the sieved flour, salt and baking powder.
  • Add milk gradually while still mixing.
  • Continue to stir the mixture as quick as possible with a spatula in order to ensure a light and flutty batter.
  • Add vanilla, then blueberries while still mixing.
  • Put the batter into silicone mold and sprinkle with icing sugar.
  • Bake in the hot oven at temperature 150°C for about 30 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
