Technical stages for Blueberry Muffins :
- the melted butter with powdered sugar until the mixture becomes creamy.
- Add the eggs while beating vigorously then add the sieved flour, salt and baking powder.
- Add milk gradually while still mixing.
- Continue to stir the mixture as quick as possible with a spatula in order to ensure a light and flutty batter.
- Add vanilla, then blueberries while still mixing.
- Put the batter into silicone mold and sprinkle with icing sugar.
- Bake in the hot oven at temperature 150°C for about 30 minutes.
- Serve warm.
