  • 75 g candied fruits
  • 75 g dried (grapefruit)
  • 35 ml Grand-Marnier
  • 4 egg whites
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 50 g glucose
  • 100 g honey
  • 1/2 litre whipping cream

Technical stages for Frozen Honey Nougat :

  • Mix the nougatine, candied fruits, raisins and Grand-Marnier. Let it .
