Technical stages for Easter Egg :

  • Prepare the chocolate coating.
  • Fill all the mold with prepared chocolate.
  • Leave to rest a few minutes and remove the excess chocolate by flipping the mold onto a rack.
  • Once hardened, scrape the sides of the mold delicately to equalize them and to remove any drippings.
  • To remove from the mold, flip the tablet onto a working surface. If the melting process has been correctly done, the subject will pop out easily.
  • Fill the egg with small chocolates. Using a torch, quickly heat the sides of the empty egg shell and stick it to the other half by well adjusting the edges.
  • To end by a beautiful ribbon of colour.
  • Finish with a nice coloured ribbon.
