Leave to rest a few minutes and empty the excess chocolate by flipping the mold onto a rack.

Flip the pan and leave to harden.

Once hardened, scrape delicately the sides of the mold to equalize them and to remove any drippings.

To remove from the mold, flip the sheet onto a working surface. If the melting process has been correctly done, the subject will pop out easily.

Fill the egg with small chocolates. Using a torch, quickly heat the sides of the empty egg shell and stick it to the other half by well adjusting the edges.
