Technical stages for Anise Bread :
- Beat the eggs, egg yolks and sugar until pale and foamy. Sprinkle the flour and anise. Butter and flour a baking sheet. Fill up a pastry bag and 8 cm-long (3,15 inches) strips.
- Bake in a warm oven at 180°C or 356°F until golden.
- Cut these strips into smaller rectangles and grill them.
