  • 5 eggs
  • 6 egg yollks
  • 210 g sugar
  • 300 g flour
  • 20 g anise

Technical stages for Anise Bread :

  • Beat the eggs, egg yolks and sugar until pale and foamy. Sprinkle the flour and anise. Butter and flour a baking sheet. Fill up a pastry bag and 8 cm-long (3,15 inches) strips.
  • Bake in a warm oven at 180°C or 356°F until golden.
  • Cut these strips into smaller rectangles and grill them.
