Ingredients for Lardons Bread :

  • 20 g of baker's fresh yeast
  • 30 cl of water (300 g)
  • 500 g of flour
  • 1 table spoon of olive oil
  • 1 tea spoon of salt
  • 150 g of smoked lardons

Important points for Lardons Bread :

  • Dilute the yeast with 50 g of tepid water.
  • Add 60 g of flour and mix.
  • Keep in a cool place (55/60°F) during 12 hours.
