  • Time : 1h + 16 hours of rest

For this recipe, you need :

  • 20 g of baker's fresh yeast
  • 30 cl of water (300 g)
  • 500 g of flour
  • 1 table spoon of olive oil
  • 1 tea spoon of salt
  • 150 g of smoked lardons

Main Points :

  • In a cul de poule, pour the remainder of water (250 g or 2,5 dl).
  • Add the salt, olive oil, the remainder of flour and the leaven.
  • Mix the whole until obtaining of a supple dough.
  • Let grow during 3 hours covered under a cloth.
