For this recipe, you need :
20 g of baker's fresh yeast
30 cl of water (300 g)
500 g of flour
1 table spoon of olive oil
1 tea spoon of salt
150 g of smoked lardons
Main Points :
In a cul de poule, pour the remainder of water (250 g or 2,5 dl).
Add the salt, olive oil, the remainder of flour and the leaven.
Mix the whole until obtaining of a supple dough.
