Ingredients for Pain aux lardons :

  • 20 g de levure de boulanger fraîche
  • 30 cl d'eau (300 g)
  • 500 g de farine
  • 1 cuil. à soupe d'huile d'olive
  • 1 cuil. à café de sel
  • 150 g de lardons fumés

Important points for Pain aux lardons :

  • In a cul de poule, pour the remainder of water (250 g or 2,5 dl).
  • Add the salt, olive oil, the remainder of flour and the leaven.
  • Mix the whole until obtaining of a supple dough.
  • Let grow during 3 hours covered under a cloth.
