Ingredients for Pain aux lardons :

  • 20 g de levure de boulanger fraîche
  • 30 cl d'eau (300 g)
  • 500 g de farine
  • 1 cuil. à soupe d'huile d'olive
  • 1 cuil. à café de sel
  • 150 g de lardons fumés

Important points for Pain aux lardons :

  • On a greased sheet, shape a flat rectangular bread.
  • Slash the bread with a knife.
  • Let raise 30 minutes.
  • Moisten the bread using a brush and cook 40 minutes in 446°F.
  • In the end of the cooking, let cool on a rack.
