Ingredients for Pain surprise :
Pâte à pain :
750 g de
farines boulangères pour pain
485 g d'eau
30 g de levure de boulanger fraîche
15 g de sel fin
200 g de fromage de brebis
2 tranches de jambon blanc
2 ou 4 tranches de jambon de Bayonne
200 g de beurre ramolli
200 g de
beurre de roquefort
1 ruban en tissus
Important points for Pain surprise :
Cut off the top with a bread knife.
With a long thin bladed knife (for example sole fillet knife), cut around the inside of the bread.
Insert your knife just above the base of the bread and move side to side so that the inside of the bread can be removed in one piece.
Use your hand to separate the inside from the crust.
Remove the inside of the bread.
Cut the inside of bread in 2 parts and slice each part into 8 or 10 slices.
