Ingredients for Pain surprise :
Pâte à pain :

farines boulangères pour pain
485 g d'eau
30 g de levure de boulanger fraîche
15 g de sel fin
200 g de fromage de brebis
2 tranches de jambon blanc
2 ou 4 tranches de jambon de Bayonne
200 g de beurre ramolli
200 g de
beurre de roquefort
1 ruban en tissus
Important points for Pain surprise :
Butter 6 or 8 slices (leaving two un-buttered).
Slice the cheese thinly.
Place the Bayonne ham, ham, and sheep's cheese on buttered bread slices. Butter the last slices with
roquefort butter
.
Place each slice on top of each other to make a sandwich.
Cut the sandwich tower into quarters lengthwise.
Rebuild the loaf arranging each layer with the 4 varieties.
