3/3: Making the party bread

Ingredients for Party bread :

  • 1 large champagne cork shaped country bread loaf weighing 1 kg (made the night before)
  • 200 g sheep's cheese
  • 2 slices ham
  • 2 or 4 slices of Bayonne ham
  • 200 g soft butter
  • 200 g roquefort butter
  • 1 ribbon

Important points for Party bread :

  • According to the number of slices you made at the beginning of the recipe, you will obtain 4 or 5 different levels. In the case of 5 levels, you can make a level of each variety plus one extra Bayonne ham level.
  • Finally arrange all the sandwiches into its original shape iserting back into the crust.
  • Replace the top of the bread.
  • Decorate using a large colored ribbon for a nice presentation.
  • Store in your fridge until displayed.
