For this recipe, you need :

  • puff pastry
  • powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk

Prepare all the ingredients.

Roll out the puff pastry on the counter. Brush away all excess flour.

Glaze with a brush and sprinkle with sugar.

Fold the dough, bringing the top side to the middle of the bottom side.

Glaze with egg yolk and coat with sugar. Cut 1 cm-thick pieces.

Alternate on a slightly greased baking sheet.

Bake in warm oven (180/200°C or 356/392°F).
