Ingredients for Clams in Mayonnaise :

  • 4 dozens clams
  • 1/4 litre mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry

Technical stages for Clams in Mayonnaise :

  • Open the clams by putting them in the oven, on a rack, for 5 minutes. Take them out of their shells, rinse under running water and drain them.
  • Make a mayonnaise and flavour it with curry. Add the clams and mix well.
  • Arrange on a cold service dish and keep refrigerated to the last moment.
