Pasta with Anchovies and Broccoli

Technical Stages :
- Steam or boil the fresh broccoli until cooked "al dente" (crunchy).
- the raisins in a little bit of warm water and marsala to make them swell.
- Take two small cans of anchovies in olive oil and melt them over low heat in olive oil.
- Add the chopped garlic and shallots and the mix, stirring with a wooden spatula. Cook the pasta "al dente".
- Once the broccoli is cooked, add it to the anchovies and add a dash of harissa.
- On the side, put the breadcrumbs in another pan and cook the pinions without oil. Combine with the sauce. Add the raisins and mix with the pasta.
- Enjoy, it's delicious!!!
