Ingredients for Cigarettes Biscuit Dough Special Volume Mat :

  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g icing sugar
  • 100 g egg whites
  • 100 g flour
  • coffee flavour

Technical stages for Cigarettes Biscuit Dough Special Volume Mat :

  • Soften the butter and blanch with icing sugar.
  • Add half the egg whites then the sieved flour.
  • Add the remaining egg whites.
  • Colour and add coffee flavour.
  • Spread the coloured cigarette dough accordingly on the mat at the level of volume patterns.
  • Smooth well at the height of patterns. Place in the fridge.
  • Cover the cigarette dough with about 500 g biscuit (joconde, génoise, dacquoise or other...) dough mixture.
  • Bake in hot oven at 220°C for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Remove from the mold when hot or cold on parchment paper.
  • The volume biscuit is ready for use.
