Cigarettes Biscuit Dough Special Volume Mat
Technical stages for Cigarettes Biscuit Dough Special Volume Mat :
- Soften the butter and blanch with icing sugar.
- Add half the egg whites then the sieved flour.
- Add the remaining egg whites.
- Colour and add coffee flavour.
- Spread the coloured cigarette dough accordingly on the mat at the level of volume patterns.
- Smooth well at the height of patterns. Place in the fridge.
- Cover the cigarette dough with about 500 g biscuit (joconde, génoise, dacquoise or other...) dough mixture.
- Bake in hot oven at 220°C for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Remove from the mold when hot or cold on parchment paper.
- The volume biscuit is ready for use.
