  • 4 egg whites
  • 160 g caster sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 40 g almond powder
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Technical stages for Corolla Pastry :

  • Whisk all the ingredients together.
  • Spread with a brush on a greased baking sheet, in 15 cm-large (5,91 inches) circles. Bake in a warm oven at 180°C or 356°F for a couple of minutes.
  • When finished, immediately,squeezing between two identical bowls.
  • Leave to cool.
