Crepes batter

Ingredients for Crepes batter :

  • 125 g flour
  • 30 g melted butter
  • 5 g salt
  • sugar (optional)
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 dl milk
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 teaspoons rum or other alcohols...

Important points for Crepes batter :

  • Sift the flour.
  • As opposite to traditional crepes batter where cold milk is used, you will need warm milk.
  • Pass the batter through a chinois or fine sieve.
  • Add the melted butter in the end.
