Technical stages for Potatoes Boulangères 2 :
- Peel and the onions, slice the potatoes.
- Saute separately in a mix of butter and oil for ten minutes. Add salt and pepper.
- Preheat the oven at 200°C or 392°F.
- Drain the potatoes and onions on paper towels.
- In a gratin dish, alternate layers of each. Cover with broth.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 200°C or 392°F, then lower to 180°C or 356°F and bake 20 more minutes.
