Sweet Peppers fried with garlic and Serrano ham
Technical stages for Sweet Peppers fried with garlic and Serrano ham :
- Clean and remove tops and seeds of the peppers.
- Peel the garlic and it very thinly.
- Cut the peppers into pieces of 3 cm long.
- Sautee the peppers in olive oil on very high heat.Add the garlic, salt and pepper.
- with 5 cl water, cover and cook for a few minutes.
- Fry the ham slices. (You don't need to add fats. Make sure not to over fry the ham or it may be quite salty).
- Serve 2 to 3 slices per serving along with the peppers.
