Technical Stages :
- Place the red peppers under the grill, or under a or directly over the flame until skin turns black.
- Proceed that way on all sides of the pepper.
- Wrap them in aluminium foil and leave to cool for 1/4 hour. Peel the peppers (this will be easy).
- Cut them into strips.
- Place them in a clay dish and cover them with olive oil...They will keep for several days.
- When serving, sautee them with garlic in a warm frying pan so that they quickly turn golden.
- Serve warm.
