Pimientos with garlic

For this recipe, you need :

  • Red Peppers
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic

Technical Stages :

  • Place the red peppers under the grill, or under a broiler or directly over the flame until skin turns black.
  • Proceed that way on all sides of the pepper.
  • Wrap them in aluminium foil and leave to cool for 1/4 hour. Peel the peppers (this will be easy).
  • Cut them into strips.
  • Place them in a clay dish and cover them with olive oil...They will keep for several days.
  • When serving, sautee them with minced garlic in a warm frying pan so that they quickly turn golden.
  • Serve warm.
