Mushrooms and Chorizo Pizza

Mushrooms and Chorizo Pizza

Ingredients for Mushrooms and Chorizo Pizza :

  • 250 g of pizza dough
  • 200 g of mozzarella
  • 3 big white mushrooms
  • 300 g of crushed tomatoes
  • 8 slices of chorizo
  • olive oil
  • oregano

Technical stages for Mushrooms and Chorizo Pizza :

  • Mince the mushrooms, cut the mozzarella in large slices and cut the chorizo slices in two.
  • Roll out the dough while shaping it into a disk.
  • Grease a baking sheet and place the dough disk on it.
  • Spread the tomato crush all over the dough surface.
  • Disperse the white mushrooms, the chorizo slices and the mozzarella, crumbled in your fingers.
  • Add some oregano and a dash of olive oil.
  • Put in the warm oven, 200°C or 392°F for a quarter of an hour.
  • At the end of the cooking, slice the pizza and enjoy while hot.
