For this recipe, you need :

  • 3 big white mushrooms
  • 300 g of crushed tomatoes
  • 8 slices of chorizo
  • olive oil
  • oregano

Prepare all the ingredients.

Mince the mushrooms, cut the mozzarella in large slices and cut the chorizo slices in two.
