For this recipe, you need :

  • Pears in syrup
  • vanilla ice cream
  • chocolate sauce
  • whipped cream
  • slivered almonds

Technical Stages :

  • In an ice cream cup, place a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Add a half pear in syrup. Add a second scoop of ice cream and a second half pear.
  • Coat the preparation using warm chocolate sauce.
  • Decorate the top using decorating fluted tip and bag filled with whipped cream, and some slivered almonds that have been toasted ahead of time.
