Technical Stages :
- Bring 1 litre of water with 1 spoonful of salt to a boil.
- Sprinkle the corn flour. Mix well and cook for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
- When the mix is getting thick, add the butter and parmesan cheese. Mix well and pour on a baking plate or a wet dish.
- Spread evenly and let cool.
- Polenta is used as a side dish for meat or fish.
- Cut it in pieces and brown it quickly on a pan with oil or butter.
- You can alos simply warm it up and eat it plain.
