Apples à l'Ardéchoise

Ingredients for Apples à l'Ardéchoise :

  • 4 apples
  • 8 chestnuts in syrup (canned)
  • 2 tablespoons Grand-Marnier
  • 150 g sweet chestnut cream

Technical stages for Apples à l'Ardéchoise :

  • Peel the apples. Seed them with an apple corer.
  • Fill each hole with a chestnut.
  • Put the apples in a buttered baking pan and bake in a warm oven for 15 minutes.
  • Mix the Grand-Marnier with the chestnut cream and decorate the apples with this cream and the 4 remaining chestnuts.
