Technical stages for Baked Potatoes :
- Chose nice potatoes with a smooth surface.
- Recipe 1:
- Wash and bake, flipping them form time to time. The crust will be thick.
- Recipe 2:
- Bake on a baking sheet containing a bit of water. The potatoes will dry off less and the crust will be thinner.
- Recipe 3:
- Wrap them in aluminium foil and cook under warm ashes.
- Recipe 4: (see picture)
- Wrap in aluminium foil and bake in the oven at 200°C or 392°F.
- Serve them halved, with a knob of butter. Even better if it is salted butter.
- Recipe 5:
- Wash and put on a plate, cover with a glass bowl. Cook in the micro-wave oven (maximum power) for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve halved, with a knob of butter. Even tastier with salted butter.
- Variations:
- The potatoes can be hollowed out and the meat can be mixed with crème fraiche, herbs, diced ham, truffle, cooked onions, butter, etc..
- Reassemble the potatoes before serving.
