Roasted Potatoes with Cantal Cheese
Technical Stages :
- Peel and wash the potatoes.
- Wrap them with a slice of smoked bacon. Hold the bacon in place using a wooden stick with a peeled shallot.
- Tightly line the potatoes in a gratiné pan.
- Pour the white wine in the bottom of the pan.
- Dispatch the soya sauce in the white wine. Add salt and pepper.
- Cover the pan with aluminium foil and bake 1 h 15 mn at 180°C.
- When finished, remove the aluminium foil and place the diced cantal on the potatoes.
- Bake once again until it melts.
- Serve very hot.
