Pork and Cabbage
  • For : 4 servings

For this recipe, you need :

  • 500 g pork roast
  • 100 g lean pork belly
  • 3 tablespoons lard
  • 1 small cabbage
  • salt
  • pepper

Technical Stages :

  • Brown the diced pork belly in a large pot with a bit of oil. Add the tied pork roast and brown it on all sides. Add salt and pepper. Coarsely chop the cabbage. Blanch it for 10 minutes, drain it and put it around the meat. Add again a little bit of salt and cook over low heat for 45 minutes. Season if needed.
  • Serve with boiled potatoes.
