Ingredients for Artichoke Soup :

  • 6 artichokes
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small potato
  • 1 can peeled tomatoes 250g
  • 150 g pasta
  • 50 g diced pork belly
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • grated cheese or parmesan
  • salt
  • pepper

Technical stages for Artichoke Soup :
